i have now had a profile on vr for about 6 months now and i never thought i'd ever have a reason to start using the journal but a friend on here recently suggested something i could use it for if nothing else - RANTING. haha! as time goes on i may end up using it for other things though, we'll see! :)

so i have decided to start off with a rant about this damn weather! why does it have to snow every few days? as soon as one snowfall mostly melts we get a whole new one - it's keeping my hubby & i inside and giving us a bit of cabin fever! (we live in eastern ky and most of the roads are dangerous to travel on with even just a little snow, especially without a 4x4 car) we have gotten to get out, by ourselves, a total of 2-3 times this whole month of january. and december was the same thing. HOPEFULLY february & march will be a little nicer to us.

Don't ever live in New England, its really bad here, I use this profile for ranting and dark poetry that the rest of the world just doesn't understand. I have a 4wd but it still makes it hard to even poke my nose out the door when its 4 degrees out! when it gets up to 30 or 40 degrees its a little easier.

yeah, i have an aunt who lived in boston for years and so i've heard plenty about those winters! haha. & we've been lucky here that it hasn't been a deep freeze temperature wise, it's just i'd really rather that than all the snow! haha. i could get out in that, snow we can't.

Well, hope all the snow goes away soon, but on a personal note, I love snow, but that might be because I never get it lol.

damianwraith - haha! yeah, i don't mind snow normally but here in ky it's keeping us trapped home!! i dislike it more and more each time it snows, haha.

ladycara - i don't mind snow normally but living here it gets on my nerves now! haha. & we have DEFINITELY gotten plenty! & still like 2 more months of winter!

but seriously im not looking forward to this "arctic wind" thats aparently coming threw the Rockies. i love snow.. but i LOATH wind. thats right Fuck you Chicago!

lmao.. YES, we live in the middle of nowhere.. but we DO have salt trucks, thank you much! hahaha. they just don't make it up our little road. :( hahaha.

& ooh, arctic wind..sounds exciting!! haha. my mom is set to receive 12" of snow or a good few inches of snow and an inch of ice on top of that depending on how the system keeps going in a few days. sucks for herrrr.. haha.
